From the moment you arrive you will find the atmosphere of our church to be informative, friendly, and enjoyable for your whole family. It is our goal to provide inspiring music, helpful teaching, friendly people, and a place where you can feel welcome and “at home”!
We understand that visiting any church for the first time can create some anxiety. To that end we have provided some frequently asked questions below:
We look forward to meeting you!
When does the Worship service begin?
Our worship services begin at 10:00a.m. and last about an hour. We normally strive to blend both contemporary and traditional music elements into our worship service, but at present it is mainly contemporary. The worship service is followed by a complimentary lunch along with coffee, deserts and refreshments. We would love it if you felt comfortable enough to join for lunch after the service. We would love to meet you and get to know you.
How should I dress?
WLCC has a come-as-you-are atmosphere. Please feel free to dress for church in whatever manner makes you most comfortable. Come in shorts, casual dress, or even jeans and a t-shirt if you like.
Where should I park?
Please drive around the rear of the building and find a spot in the left side parking area nearest to Walgreens. Please use the visitor parking spots reserved for you.
Is childcare provided?
While we don’t staff our nursery we offer moms a quiet nursery room outfitted with rocking chair and toys for children 3 years old and under. We also offer a children’s church program for children 4-10. Visiting parents may also choose to keep their children with them during the service. For children remaining in the sanctuary, ushers will offer small lego sets, and coloring pages to keep them occupied. You may also consider bringing some toys or things to occupy your children from home as the service is mainly designed for adults and older children.
